If you’re attending with a friend and would prefer to sit together, we will do our best to accommodate this request with advance notice. If you and your friend have made separate reservations, please provide us with the names associated with each booking, and we will try to seat you together.

Our talented resident photographer, Gabriela Le Photography, captures the spirit and intimacy at all of our events, ensuring every moment is beautifully documented. These stunning images will be circulated in the days following the event and may be featured for marketing purposes across our website and social media platforms.
To make sure you receive these images, we encourage you to join our mailing list. If you share any photos on social media, we’d love for you to tag both @gabrielalephotography and @dine.wilder to credit the talented photographer and our community.

Yes, we will have a selection of wine and non-alcoholic beverages available for our guests to enjoy throughout the evening. When purchasing your ticket, we kindly ask that you select your preferred welcome drink. However, please feel free to change to another option after your first drink—our goal is to ensure you have an enjoyable experience and a smooth arrival process.

We do not offer refunds for our events. However, if you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, we encourage you to pass your ticket along to a friend so that you don’t lose the cost of your ticket. Please contact us at dinewilderevents@gmail.com if you are no longer able to attend an event.

Yes, we offer gift cards, available for purchase here. These gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any event within that period (unless otherwise noted in the terms and conditions). Please note that gift cards do not grant priority access to tickets.

If you’re lucky enough to have a gift certificate, simply enter the unique code provided with your digital gift card in the “gift card or discount code” field during checkout. The value of your gift certificate will be automatically applied to your purchase. Please note that gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, so be sure to use them before they expire!

No physical ticket is required. As long as you have received a confirmation email, you're all set for the event. Simply provide your name to the host upon arrival, and they will check you in.

In the event that a Dine Wilder experience is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule the event, and all ticket purchases will be honored for the new date. Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled event, we will issue a credit for the original purchase amount, which can be applied to any future Dine Wilder event of your choosing.

If an event is sold out, you can join the waitlist by selecting the ‘Join Waitlist’ option on the event page. Enter your email and you will be notified immediately if additional tickets become available.
