Each month, our roaming dinner retreat unfolds in a new, thoughtfully chosen setting—where an emotion or word weaves its way into the ambiance, the conversation, and the message of our speaker.
Guided by thoughtful conversation prompts, we’ll move beyond the surface, exploring what the evening’s theme—joy, abundance, softness, energy, community—means to each of us.

Meet Emily Shimwell
Hi, I’m Emily.
I’m passionate about the art of connection—curating immersive experiences that bring people together in meaningful and memorable ways. Whether through beautifully designed gatherings, intentional conversations, or shared meals, I believe in creating moments that engage all the senses and leave a lasting imprint.
I live by my Why—starting with the emotions I want to evoke, both in myself and others, and build from there.
For years, I hesitated to call myself an entrepreneur, believing the title belonged to those with grand success. But in truth, that spirit has been in me since childhood—dreaming, creating, and bringing ideas to life. Now, I’m embracing it with confidence and purpose.
One of my favorite books is Unreasonable Hospitality and that’s what I promise to deliver. I hope you’ll join me at the table.
