Host a Long Table Dinner in Your Space

Have a space with charm? Let’s create something unforgettable.

Our Long Table Dinners are intimate, roaming gatherings designed to bring people together for deep conversation, connection, and nourishment. The beauty of being a pop-up is - we can host them anywhere.

From cozy bookstores to dreamy backyards, lush gardens to salons and creative studios - if your space has heart, we want to bring the table to it.

Why Host a Dinner?

When you open your space to us, you're not just providing a venue - you’re inviting something special to take place within your walls. And in return, we shine a light on everything that makes your place so unique.

As a host, you’ll:

  • Welcome a group of warm, conscious humans into your space - many of whom may never have stepped foot inside otherwise

  • Watch your space be transformed into an unforgettable, candlelit retreat

  • Have the whole town talking - for weeks beforehand and long after the table’s been cleared

  • Receive over 200 professionally captured photographs

  • Experience the joy of collaboration without stress - we take care of everything

The wall has shelves with pillows, framed art, and clothing racks, creating a boutique atmosphere. A large white sign with elegant writing on a stand is also visible.

Effortless for You, Magical for Everyone

If you're already a food or drink space - let’s talk about how we can highlight your menu or craft a signature moment around your offering. This is about true collaboration - we make the rules as we go.

No liquor license? No worries. We arrive armed with all the necessary permits, insurance, and a trained team of servers to bring the night to life. When the evening ends, we pack down quietly, respectfully, and return your space to exactly how we found it.

You won’t even know we were there - except for the warm, lingering glow we leave behind.

The Types of Spaces We Love

We’re always seeking out interesting, beautiful, and slightly unexpected venues that can host anywhere from 12-60 seated guests. Think:

  • Backyards, barns & balconies

  • Studios & creative workspaces

  • Bookstores, shops & salons

  • Garden nurseries, sheds, galleries

  • Cafes, bars, rooftops & tucked-away gems

  • Places with a view? Yes please. The more obscure the better.

Indoor, outdoor, or somewhere in between - we’ll make it magical.

  • “Hosting Dine with Joy was an absolute pleasure, and much of that joy comes down to Emily and the incredible experience she curates. Emily brings a rare blend of creativity, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail - her ability to weave together flavours, stories, and curated speakers creates an atmosphere of connection through food that is truly remarkable. Our guests not only enjoyed a beautiful meal, they felt something truly special. Working with Emily was seamless; she understands the essence of community, collaboration, and celebration. For anyone looking to elevate their events and foster genuine connection through food and conversation, Dine Wilder is a gift. Thank you, Emily, for helping us create a night of joy that lingered long after the last dish was cleared.”

    - Beriah Chandoo, Founder and CEO of Cedar Rock Wellness

  • “My business hosted a Dine Wilder event this month and we had such a good experience! Emily is so generous, flexible and easy to work with. She ensured the event would disrupt as little as possible, while also making sure to promote our shop, encourage attendees to spend and make the experience worthwhile for us as a business. Would definitely host another! The vibes were 10/10 and we got some amazing content out of it. Not to mention participating in the dinner itself was such a treat. Thanks Dine Wilder!”
