When someone welcomes you with open arms and tomahawks, you know you’re in good hands. Jason, owner of Two Rivers Meats, hosted us at his incredible eatery and took centre stage to share the journey behind his now 87-person-strong business. From humble beginnings to a thriving operation, Jason’s passion for sustainably sourced meats and community-driven values is the heart of everything they do.

He even gave us a behind-the-scenes tour of the meat locker - a peek into the craft, care, and cold that goes into every cut. We were treated to the very best; think next-level steak frites and perfectly grilled tomahawks, and left feeling full in every sense of the word. We’ve got a feeling this won’t be the last time we collaborate with Jay and his amazing team.
