Dine With Soul - A Dreamy, Wonderous & Soulful Long Table Dinner
✨ Date/Time: April 30, 6:30 - 9:30pm
📍 Location: Prana Yoga - 1241 Village Green Way, Squamish
We invite you to join us at Squamish’s newest Yoga Studio - Prana Yoga on Wednesday, April 30th at 6:30pm. Prana is such a reflection of its wonderful owner, Amelie, who you'll soon meet. She's created a sanctuary that feels like home the moment you arrive. With its wide bright windows, flowing linen curtains, and peaceful energy, you can't help but soften, settle, and breathe a little deeper.
Indulge in a Delicious Feast by @fierce_fuel, expertly curated to delight your senses and celebrate the artistry of flavour.
Menu One:
Caprese salad - fresh heirloom, slow roast cherry tomatoe confit, whipped burrata mousse, fresh basil and balsamic glaze
Chicken roulade - with potato croquette, carrot puree and spring greens
Pavlova with cream and berries (served family style)
Menu Two: (Vegan/GF Option)
Caprese salad - fresh heirloom, slow roast cherry tomatoe confit, vegan soft cheese, fresh basil, balsamic glaze
Stuffed eggplant - with potato croquette, carrot puree and spring greens
Aquafaba pavlova, cashew cream and berries
Meet Our Speaker:
Ele de Posson, author of The Path of Femininity, wrote one of the most highlighted books on my nightstand. I came across her work this time last year and I immediately bought a pack of highlighters and found myself underlining almost every sentence.
I recommended it to every friend I saw, posted about it on my story, and sang its praises far and wide. Then, in the most serendipitous twist, Ele reached out to say she lived just around the corner. A few days later, we were on my couch with tea in hand, deep in conversation about the book, life, and everything in between.
This dinner will be an extension of that kind of connection; soulful, warm, and real.
Dress Code:
For this dinner, I'll be inviting you to slip off your shoes at the door and step into a space bathed in candlelight - a soft, soulful take on Dîner en Blanc. Think texture, layers, and an abundance of glow (Whites, Creams, Neutrals). A calm, curated atmosphere where we can lean into slowness, presence, and meaningful connection.
If you're hoping to snag a ticket, start thinking about what you might have in your wardrobe that's white or neutral-toned. When I googled “What does wearing white symbolize?” it told me: new beginnings. It can also be associated with peace, serenity, and a fresh start.
Having sat with Ele and spoken in depth about what our evening will entail - this feels perfectly fitting.
Captured by the Lens of Gabriela Le Photography
The evening will be beautifully documented by Gabriela Le Photography, ensuring that these magical moments are preserved forever.
