Dine in Softness: A Long Table Dinner for Women

Join us for an evening of connection, nourishment, and inspiration at Dine in Softness, an intimate long table dinner set in the stunning backdrop of Squamish on February 16th. Hosted by Emily Shimwell, this gathering is designed to help you reconnect with your intuition while savouring exquisite food, bottomless drinks, and meaningful conversation.

We’re honoured to welcome Courtney Thomas of @thebodhieffect as our guest speaker. With over a decade in the wellness industry, Courtney has guided countless individuals back to their highest aligned selves—helping them release emotional blocks, break free from limiting cycles, and step into their full power through her unique mindfulness practices.

The evening’s three-course meal will be thoughtfully curated by Clare, Squamish local and owner of Fierce Fuel. Indulge in a beautiful cauliflower and truffle soup with sourdough, grilled salmon, fresh salad, potatoes, grains, and a dessert selection that promises to delight. Each course will be perfectly paired with drinks and conversation prompts to complement the experience.

Set in the warm and inviting ambiance of Grateful Gift Shop, this evening is more than just a dinner—it’s a chance to slow down, reset, and embrace the quiet power of your intuition. Whether you're seeking clarity, new connections, or simply a magical night out, Dine in Softness is an experience you won’t want to miss.
