DATE: Tuesday, January 27th | 6:30 – 9:30 PM
LOCATION: Killer Ice Cream -3659 West 4th Ave, Vancouver
Who Is Dine In Wonder For?
Dine Wilder is for women who are building, dreaming, questioning, celebrating, or simply craving something that feels different. If you’re ready to reconnect with your sense of wonder and what feels possible, you’ll feel right at home.
Our team will serve up a three‑course dinner of food as colourful as the conversation, meant to spark imagination and possibility. Set in a playful, unexpected space, bring a friend or come solo and let curiosity, connection, and joy guide the evening.
Our Hosting Venue
DINE IN WONDER will be hosted at Killer Ice Cream, where real ingredients meet art and imagination. Founded by muralist Leslie Glik, this bright Kitsilano space celebrates dessert that’s intentional, beautiful, and anything but ordinary. Think custom-blended fruit, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and a love for the Pacific Northwest - colourful, indulgent ane slightly unexpected.
The Evening’s Intention
This is a dinner to return to your limitless self. To dream without editing. To take up space without apology. January pressures be damned. Diets, rules, “resets” - we’re saying no. Instead, we’ll gather around a table, indulge, imagine, and remember what it feels like to follow wonder again. An ice cream shop reminds us of when dreams were bigger, curiosity ruled, and anything felt possible.
Meet Your Speaker
Our featured speaker for the evening is Jenn Orr, Founder of Pop Off, a better-for-you soda brand. Jenn will guide us through a conversation around wonder, risk and building something meaningful without losing the spark that made you start in the first place.
Jenn has been named BC 30 Under 30 and GLORY 30U30, and has managed to hold onto her childlike sense of possibility while launching and growing not one, but two brands before her 30th birthday. Her journey is rooted in intuition, creativity and an unwavering belief that business can be playful, bold and deeply intentional.
Dinner
We are delighted to partner once again with The Rooted Table, who will be preparing a generous, family-style menu designed for passing plates and shared moments around the table.
The Menu
Starter
– Lemon labneh, roasted artichoke and confit tomatoes
– Herb oil and seared focaccia
Salad
– Fennel, arugula and pickled pears
– Parmesan, toasted slivered almonds
– Orange and lime vinaigrette
Main
– Miso clementine chicken with charred scallion, chilies and caramel
– Roasted beets with orange reduction, fresh mint and goat cheese
Desert
— A sundae bar of dreams to finish
There is space at checkout to list any dietary requirements or allergies, and as always, there will be vegan, vegetarian and GF options available, ensuring everyone at the table is well cared for.
Drinks
Wine from Terravista Vineyards will be poured throughout the evening, alongside thoughtful non-alcoholic options from Sansorium and of course, Jenn will be showcasing Pop Off with some fun non-alcoholic options.
Dress Code: Playful Winter
Think colour, texture, nostalgia and sparkles. Nothing is too much or not enough. Dine Wilder has never been about rules. It’s about how you feel in your body when you walk into the room. This is your permission to dress with imagination.
Photography
The evening will be beautifully documented by Gabriela Le Photography.
