North Vancouver - We’re Coming for You! 

That’s right - we’re venturing beyond our beloved mountain town, and we couldn’t be more excited!

After welcoming nearly 400 incredible guests to the Dine Wilder tables in Squamish, our dream of taking this one-of-a-kind dining experience on the road is becoming a reality. This is just the beginning, and we have big dreams for Dine Wilder. We’re setting the table in new places, with wild ambition to expand what this dinner can be.

Join us on Tuesday, May 27th for an unforgettable evening at Two Rivers Meats in North Vancouver—a beautifully curated space where traditional butchery meets modern craft. Surrounded by striking bison artwork and the rich aroma of ethically sourced meats, we’ll gather at the long table to share incredible food, meaningful connections, and bold conversation.

To Start:
Beef Tartare Bites
A Two Rivers Meats signature; hand-cut, seasoned, and served on crisps.

The Main Event:
Tomahawk Steak – Bone-in, flame-grilled, richly marbled
Flat Iron Steak – Reverse-seared, tender, and full of flavour
Rangeland Bison Striploin – Wild, lean, and deeply satisfying

To Accompany:
Arugula Salad – Shaved fennel, radish, lemon vinaigrette
Tallow Frites – Crisped to perfection in beef tallow
Artisan Bread – Served warm with whipped cultured butter

Dessert:
Orange Posset by Fierce Fuel

Family-Style Dining:
This meal will be served family-style, so expect a relaxed and communal dining experience where we all gather around the table to share the feast.
