In honour of International Women’s Day, join us for Femininity: The Gala – a night celebrating women, connection, and the power of gathering with intention.
A Family-Style Feast
At the heart of the evening is a beautifully curated, pass-the-plates, family-style dinner by Fierce Fuel.
To Begin – Shared Salad Platters
• Burrata, fig, prosciutto and arugula
• Beetroot carpaccio with whipped goat’s cheese, orange zest and thyme
• Roasted cauliflower with dates, tahini and spinach
Main Course
• Braised red wine short rib
• Truffle mash
• Maple carrots with thyme
• Green beans with almonds and crispy kale
Vegan & Gluten Free Option
• Lentil mushroom loaf with red wine jus
Dessert
• Dark chocolate tart with sea salt and cashew cream (vegan and gluten-free)
Dietary requirements can be noted at checkout. The menu has been thoughtfully designed so everyone feels nourished and included.

Held at the Railway Museum of BC in Squamish, Femininity: The Gala brings women together in a setting that honours the past while creating something entirely new.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to The BeaYOUtiful Foundation, a nationally recognized Canadian charity empowering girls and gender-diverse youth (ages 8–14) to build confidence, positive body image, and self-worth through compassionate, mentorship-based programs.
Founded by Taylor Hui at just 17, BeaYOUtiful has grown into a powerful movement delivering free workshops, multi-week programs, and community events across Canada – creating safe, supportive spaces where young people can grow, connect, and thrive.
Taylor will be joining us to share more about the foundation’s mission.
